Randallstown NAACP

“The tenet that all people are due equal rights and freedoms should not be paradoxical. The contradiction in American democracy happens when those in power treat inalienable rights as alienable privileges.  It is reprehensible that any individuals or a people still must struggle for rights which are innately theirs already.”

The Randallstown NAACP Branch (unit) charter was acquired in 1990 by Dr. Ella White Campbell.  After a period of inactivity and due to public demand, in December 2012, Dr. Barbara Dezmon and Dr. Campbell, both tireless community activists, joined efforts and led community members throughout Baltimore County in reestablishing the Branch.  Randallstown Branch takes pride in continuing the work of these champions for civil and human rights.
