Liberty Road Updates
The Liberty Road Corridor has always been a pillar to the Randallstown Community. Today, new opportunities have appeared and aligned that signal a unique moment to thoughtfully bring equitable, community-led investments to the neighborhood. The attached Liberty Road Task Force Report contains recommendations provided by the Randallstown NAACP towards the redevelopment of the Liberty Road Corridor and its surrounding vicinity.
The Randallstown NAACP has heard your concerns with Liberty Road. The branch plans to continue to advocate to improve the store offerings and overall infrastructure on Liberty Road in 2024. For more details, see the attached Liberty Road Updates document.
Earlier in February 2024, the Department of Public Works & Transportation hosted a meeting where they discussed the upcoming Liberty Road Water Main Replacement Project. This project is expected to take at least one year (beginning in the March/April timeframe) and will cause traffic disruptions from Washington Avenue to Rolling Road, between the hours of 9PM and 5AM.
